We assist our 540 employees by the means needed to develop themselves professionally, and to strengthen their skills in aspects that are constantly evolving. Vital importance to human development, through:
- An ambitious training policy with around 10 000 training hours / year.
- Training of a dozen employees whom we consider as the future of our business, preparing them for management positions.

NCA Rouiba develops strong relationships with schools and universities, as well as future graduates. Meetings and open days are organized regularly around our recruitment needs and business internships trainees.
We also contribute on encouraging young people to discover the world of entrepreneurship through supporting programs such as “INJAZ” and incorporate some of them into the adventure of NCA Rouiba.
